What is the ISO Certification and why is it important?
The ISO is the International Organization for Standardization. ISO members represent national standards institutes, with one member per country. The ISO drives consensus and solutions that meet business, government and society needs.

That’s where the S·O·S Program and its emphasis on quality management comes in.
The S·O·S Standardization Program stipulates that certified Cat Dealer programs utilize a lab that has an appropriate quality management system.
For us, that means using the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 programs, both of which emphasize rigorous self-examination in three principle areas: practices, products, and customer satisfaction.
