Our Cat® Certified Machine Component Rebuild (CMCR) program focuses on one area of the machine, so you spend a fraction of what it would cost to buy a new component. Our technicians can rebuild your machine’s transmission, engine, axles, differentials, final drive and torque to a like-new condition.

NEW WARRANTY, EXTENDED COVERAGE

Every CMCR program above includes a like-new warranty on all replaced parts. A 3-year / 5,000-hour Equipment Protection Plan (EPP) is also added to your rebuilt machine to protect you from unplanned repair costs due to covered defects in Cat material and manufacturer workmanship. And you can choose from multiple coverage options.

Cat Certified Rebuild machines are also eligible for a Cat Customer Value Agreement to help make preventative maintenance a breeze.

REBUILD FINANCING AND PROTECTION OPTIONS

Complete Disassembly
Determine reuse of internal parts and replace components (in order): Toromont Remanufacturing, Cat Reman, Cat new). Core charges are extra.

Reconditioning

Recondition all parts to be reused

CMCR-E (Engine)

Replace engine with Exchange
Replace clean emission module with Cat Reman
Test and inspect radiator and aftercoolers

CMCR-HP (Hydraulic Pump)

Recondition Hydraulic Tanks
